Thai Salad
Ingredients:
> 1 head romaine lettuce

> 3 tablespoons soy sauce
> 1 pound beef sirloin, 1-inch thick, cut in 3-inch long by 1/4-inch strips
> 1 and 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
> 1 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar
> 2 large cloves garlic, minced
> 3 fresh jalapeno peppers, finely minced
> 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped coarsely
> 3 red ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
> 2 scallions, finely chopped
Tear the romaine and red leaves, the leaves into small pieces. Carefully remove all the leaves of the chicory root, to leave everything behind. Place the vegetables in a plastic bag, seal and in the fridge for later.
In a bowl, mix two tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce. Add strips of meat out of the marinade, stir well. Leave at room temperature for about 1 hour.
For the sauce in a food processor or blender, 1 / 2 cup combine oil and remaining lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, sugar, garlic and jalapenos. Puree until smooth. Set aside.
When the oil is hot, let the beef strips. The meat in a frying pan or wok and fry quickly until browned on the outside. Remove the strips of meat and add the marinade. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Mix.
Serve Place vegetables in the refrigerator to a large heatproof bowl, cover with strips of warm meat. The marinade / sauce with meat mixture, then add the coriander, tomatoes and chives. Stir and serve immediately. Thai beef salad 4 .

Health is often a good meal. If you're like me, only eat what is quick and easy, and the drive out of their way to work or a quick lunch. After retiring from working outside the fast food on the way of children's football, or maybe swimming lessons. Our days are so busy they have no time to even prepare meals. Poor diet can not hurt. There are healthy alternatives. Some of them are so quick and easy to prepare!

Now I'm trying to organic vegetables and even food for my children to buy as possible. Some of the plants used in Thai cooking, while others feel it's all new to you. 4 scallions chopped, including the green parts
3 carrots grated
1 cucumber peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch dice.
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped (you can substitute parsley if you have to but I would rather use dried cilantro)
Grain oil, lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar and pepper to taste and blending for five minutes. Then mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
I can guarantee that if you make this once you will make it again.

Chicken Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons chilli powder
3 tablespoons cornflour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons oil
350 g (12 oz.) chicken fillets, thinly sliced
4 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 celery stick, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons mirin or sherry
500 g (1lb) Hokkien noodles, gently
pulled apart
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
250 g (8 oz.) baby bok choy, washed, leaves separated
Directions:
1. Mix the chilli powder, the cornflour and salt and mix them well. Oil in wok, then high. Coat all chicken pieces mixed with corn and roasted in small batches for about 3 minutes per game, or up to gold. Drain on paper towels and remove the chicken from the wok.
2. Heat the wok and add the following to the remaining oil over medium heat.Add the spring onion, the carrot and the celery and stir-fry them for about 1 minute. Add the mirin and all the noodles, in the mean time tossing well until all the vegetables have softened.
3. Add the oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons of water; cover it and steam for about 2 to 4 minutes, or until all the noodles are tender.
4. Add all the chicken and the bok choy and toss them well. Cover and steam for about 30 seconds. Serve it immediately. You can garnish your meal with ground peanuts, chilli flakes and some lemon juice.
Pad Thai Noodles Recipe
